Virtually all of our clients engage us to perform day-to-day financial management of their checkbooks and accounts.  This ranges from opening, sorting and distributing each day’s mail to processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, cash management, budgeting, to preparing information to be delivered to accountants for tax preparation.  We currently function using either an in-house or on-line version of QuickBooks which can be accessed at any time by our clients so that they can get an up-to-date and accurate view of their business.  We tailor these services to meet the needs of each client and work together with other providers selected by our clients to insure accurate and timely flow of financial information. Kim Haley is primarily responsible for these functions.

We complete your “to-do” list for you. These services range widely depending on each client’s needs but fit nicely into the old adage that “no job is too big or too small” – we will work with you to complete your “to-do” list to the extent that we both agree is advantageous.

We will coordinate your email marketing efforts, including platform selection, design and branding, list management, newsletter content, scheduling and sending as well as analyzing and improving results.

At Business Dynamix Solutions, coaching is the process of setting company and/or individual goals, developing a plan to pursue those goals, and the follow up for accountability and plan adjustments in the pursuit of those goals. Coaching typically takes place on a weekly or monthly basis, but is always scheduled at convenient and appropriate intervals as agreed between the coach and business or individual.

We have acted as Officers/Directors, Managers, and in other supportive roles for a variety of companies owned/operated by our clients. We have assisted our clients with operation of businesses from real estate holding and development companies, residential and commercial property management, law offices, and a large title company, to cleaning and plumbing companies.
